Return & Refund Policy
NOVIRA offers a 30-day return framework for eligible direct website purchases, subject to the terms below and applicable law.
Eligibility
Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Products should be complete, clean and in original condition with accessories and packaging. Statutory rights for faulty goods remain unaffected.
Non-returnable items
Opened hygiene consumables, used filters, customized/OEM products, gift cards and items marked final sale may be excluded where law allows.
How to request a return
Contact support@novishop.cn or submit a support ticket before sending anything. Unauthorised parcels may be delayed or refused.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original method after inspection. Payment providers and banks may take additional business days to post the credit. Original shipping and return costs are handled according to the reason, local law and checkout terms.
Damaged or incorrect items
Notify us promptly with the order number, packaging photos and product photos so we can arrange replacement parts, exchange, refund or carrier investigation as appropriate.
