Which Wi-Fi network should I use?
Most NOVIRA devices use 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi during setup. A product page will clearly state if 5 GHz is also supported.

Where do I find the model and serial number?
Check the label on the base, battery compartment or original packaging. Never post a full serial number publicly.
Can more than one person control a device?
Compatible products support sharing through the NOVIRA app. The owner chooses which devices and permissions to share.
