Shipping Policy
This page describes the shipping framework for NOVIRA orders. Exact options appear at checkout.
Processing time
In-stock orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Pre-order, customized, battery and oversized products may need more time.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather, carrier capacity, remote-area service and address issues can cause delays.
Duties and taxes
Checkout will state whether duties and taxes are included, calculated at checkout or payable on import. DDP and DAP terms must match the selected route and final logistics arrangement.
Tracking and split shipments
Where available, tracking is sent after dispatch. Products may ship separately from different warehouses without additional product charges unless clearly disclosed.
Address changes and loss
Contact support@novishop.cn promptly. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Lost or damaged parcels are investigated with the carrier and may require photos or a declaration.
