Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order for inventory, pricing, fraud, legal, export-control or delivery reasons and will refund amounts actually captured when required.

Some features require internet access, compatible mobile software or a clearly disclosed subscription. Features may evolve through updates. Essential rights and applicable warranties are not excluded.
Responsible health claims
NOVIRA wellness and environmental insights are not medical devices unless expressly stated for a specific approved product. They do not diagnose, treat or replace veterinary advice.
Liability and governing law
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Any limitations apply only to the extent permitted by the law governing your purchase. Final company identity and governing-law terms must be confirmed before launch.
